Santina the Green-Winged Macaw has a bunch of pin feathers on her head as she is molting and replacing feathers. Santina begs for head scratches and Lori obliges. Lori helps rub the pin feathers on the macaw's head that she can't reach herself. Parrots normally open pin feathers on their body themselves and solicit the help of a friend or mate to open the ones on the head.
